What are the prices?We are thrilled to produce products that keep memories alive and we hope you see the value of these services. Our YouFilm packages are either $500 or $850, depending on how much planning and training you want involved.

Can I choose the music for my film?Yes! We would love for you to get a feel for your film and select your music from a highly curated roster of label-quality musicians, found on Musicbed.com. Musicbed offers a new way for musicians to earn an income, by allowing their music to be used and heard by anyone. Unless your favorite artist is on that platform, we will not be able to offer any mainstream options. Why? Without full permission from the artist or an appropriate license, we could be subject to legal action, due to their copyright.

How does the booking process work?You can easily select which package works best for you by clicking ‘Add to Cart’, input your information and we will be notified immediately upon purchase. If you decide to move forward with the Premium Package, we will reach out to you to set up a consultation call through a platform called, Calendly. Whatever package you decide, we will try our absolute best to make you and your videographers feel prepared for your special day!

Do I choose my videographers?This is why we love YouFilm. It gives you a unique perspective of your wedding day – through the eyes of your guests. You have the opportunity to select 1-3 of your most creative guests (with the use their electronic devices) to capture your wedding day.

What are the requirements of my videographers?Here is a short list of what we would look for in your videographers: The newest and/or most up-to-date cellphone(s): iPhone 11, 11pro, 12, 12 pro, 12 pro max or above Samsung S20, S20 Ultra, Note20 Google Pixel 4, 4a, 5 15-20 gigs of available space per devices A creative Instagram or portfolio A gimbal or stabilizer (Recommended, but Optional)

Will I have a watermark on my film?We provide you with copies that are watermark free. If we upload any films to different media platforms for advertising, those will have watermarks, so other individuals will not take credit for our creation.

What is the difference between the packages?The amount of minutes for your highlight film. A consultation call is only provided in our Premium package. The amount of preparation and instructions you would like to provide your videographers. Both packages receive the PDF Instructions & How to Film Video Tutorial, but the Premium package includes additional resources, such as Timeline Building and the Exclusive Training Videos for your team of videographers.

Do I receive the RAW footage?Yes! RAW footage is included in both the Classic and Premium packages.

What is Timeline Building?Depending on how many videographer(s) you choose to select, we build out specific timelines for those individuals to refer to on your wedding day. Each individual has a list of their specific shots and places to be at what time.

What's the contents of the PDF & How to Film Tutorial?We provide multiple tools for your videographer(s) to feel confident in capturing your special day. Those instructions include: How to change camera settings How to hold the phone Creative angles and movement A list of important shots Options for Gimbals or Stabilizers Step by step how to upload to our Google Drive

What is Exclusive Video Training?For clients that choose the Premium Package, we have an arrangement of videos that have been created for the sole purpose of training our very own Professional Videographers for ValCinema. These videos are provided to help encourage and make your chosen team feel confident in their filming abilities on the wedding day.

When can I expect to receive my film?ValCinema requests that all footage be delivered to the editing department within 30 days after the wedding. The highlight film will be completed within 3 months or less, after the wedding footage has been delivered to the ValCinema. If your highlight film is not delivered within 3 months from upload, you will receive a full refund.

How is my film delivered?Our films are delivered via Google Drive for you to download. We also provide a shareable Youtube link for you to send to family and friends.

What is the cancellation policy?Although we would be sad not to be apart of your wedding day, we do extend a 50% refund if cancelled more than 60 days out from your wedding date. If cancelled within 60 days of your wedding date, no refund will be provided.

Do I need to sign a contract?As your signature, we provide a checkbox for you to mark at check out, that allows you to accept our terms and conditions in regards to your YouFilm package.
